I was told birth place was hospital named Women’s hospital through Lutheran services. I am biracial but ethnicity other than African American is unknown. It’s been said but not proven that my mother was young maybe about 16. I know the record of the adoption is i. Wayne county juvenile court, but not listed as able to contact or information provided for contact on the file. The court says that an outside source would try to locate and get any information or approval for contact to be made. I dont have any names or other information that gives a lead of where I could begin a search. It may be possible I have a twin. I ran into a young lady who looks identically to me. Even down to how she walks and facial expressions. I approached her, and she actually asked me if my name is Cindy Crum (maiden name) and if I attended Southeastern High school. I stood frozen and in complete Shock replied yes!! She then replied she is asked all time and told she looks just like me or if she is me!!! I asked if she had been adopted, or any siblings, she replied no. So I just walked away disappointed. Coincidentally, years later I gave birth to twins. There is not a genetic line of twins in my husband’s family.
