I’m search for info for Robert H. Angevine who died in a prisoner of war camp in North Korea in 1951. The US government contacted my Dad asking for DNA to help identify the remains of soldiers that come home from North Korea. We found out that that my Dad was related to Robert by his Mother (Nellie S. Edgar) who they claim gave him up for adoption. All 3 have passed and this was the first time the rest of our family heard of it, I’m just trying to find info on an Uncle I never knew who I consider a hero. If I could find out anything on his adoption maybe it will help my family and his adopted family get some closer and hopefully bring him home and give him a proper burial.
