I am searching for my birth parents. I was given the name of Jeffery when I was born on September 30, 1969 at 2:16p.m. I weighed 9 Lbs 10 oz. I was born at William Booth memorial Hospital in Detroit, Wayne County MI. My birth mother was 16 years old at the time of my birth and my birth father was 16 as well. My birth mother is white with brown hair, brown eyes. 5’4" and weighed 125 lbs. My birth mother had a brother who died at the age of 19 from Iletis (Regional Enteritis). He had a perforated ulcer behind duodenal which lead to his death. He was 6’2" tall and weighed 165 lbs. Her mother was 40 years of age when I was born and was a waitress. Her father was 48 years old and was a meat cutter. My birth Father is white and German ancestry with blond hair, medium blue eyes. He is 5’9" tall and weighed 160 lbs. He worked at a car dealership and he followed the protestant faith. His parents were 43 years old and 44 years old. My birth father had four sisters ages 17, 19, 21, 23 at the time of my birth. My birth mother was judged to have a high average intellectual ability. Her parents were of German and English ancestry. Her mom was 5’8" tall with medium brown hair and hazel eyes. Her father was 6’1" tall and weighed 190 lbs. He was English and Irish with dark hair, brown eyes. My biological father had strong interests in mechanics and enjoyed outdoor activities. Loved water sports. My adoption took place on January 19th, 1971 at The Probate Court of Oakland County in Pontiac, Michigan. I was put into temporarily foster care until I joined my adoptive family on 12/23/69. My biological parents rights were terminated on December 19, 1969 to the Oakland county Branch of Michigan Children’s Aid Society. I was adopted by Donald and MaryAnn Sherwood. I do not know my birth parents real names or last names. I would love to find my birth parents.
