I am looking for my son, born 8/17/1973 at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. I was staying at the Booth home for unwed mothers run by the Salvation Army and there were facilities there to deliver, but I was having issues so they transferred me to the hospital. He was born without any problems and adopted out to a family in the area. My last name at the time was Gramza and I was only 15 years old. I gave him the name Scott, but I’m sure the family changed it.
