I’m in search of my sister. She was placed with her new family on June 3‚ 1976. The description from the paperwork I have‚ states the following details about her new parents: "We found the couple to be certainly above the average caliber of most of our adoptive parents. They were both exceptionally good looking‚ intelligent & held substantial jobs. The mother was 27‚ had blond hair‚ blue eyes & had a fair complexion. She had a medium build‚ completed high school & was of Swedish decent. She had a full time job in the local hospital‚ but planned on quitting after placement. The father was 26‚ brown hair‚ blue eyes‚ & a fair complexion with medium build. He too‚ had completed high school & was employed in a Paper company. He was of French & Swedish descent. Both were practicing Lutherans & in good health. They were quite the gracious couple and had no other children‚ but planned on adopting again in the future." My sister was born at MARQUETTE GENERAL HOSPITAL in Marquette‚ Michigan on April 26‚ 1976 at 5:32 a.m. I have her foot prints & palm prints from the hospital‚ along with a few other things. I am 9 days shy of being a full year younger than she. I was born in April the following year. To me‚ it’s sounds like she was really blessed to have such an admirable couple become her loving parents & I completely respect that. However‚ she is my sister and there’s something inside my heart that just wants to know her. My fear‚ is that she has no idea she is adopted and that leaves it quite difficult to find someone. This is my first attempt‚ so we’ll see how it goes... Hope‚ that was her name at birth... if you are anywhere out there‚ I would love to hug you. Lovingly Searching‚ JaeLee.
