Searching for any info on Birth mother, birth father, 2 siblings...I was born on September 6, 1968 in an undisclosed Oakland County, Michigan, hospital. I was adopted by Stella and Alphonse Masko, through Catholic Social Services of Macomb County, Michigan. My legal adoption papers say that my adoption was finalized on October 14, 1969 in probate office in city of mt. Clemens. I was described as "Baby girl court file no. 6426. Paper also states something about my name being changed from baby girl 6426 to Carol Ann Masko. Have no clue about that? My name is Carol Kalvelage. Masko maiden name until 1993. Then changed to Carol Kalvelage. Paper also states that birth parents terminated their rights one year prior, which puts the date of September 14, 1968. 6 days after I was born.....I grew up on Mae Street in Warren, went to St. clement high school, graduated 1986 and moved around quite a bit. But in the last year, both my adoptive parents died. I do not have any other family, or blood relatives. I do have a daughter who thinks it’s great if we were contacted. I do too.
