Looking for a sibling I only recently learned was adopted in Macomb or Wayne County Michigan in late 1968 or the first half of 1969. Our mother was 27 or 28, and married to my father, who was incarcerated at the time. The story I’ve been recently told was that the child was not my father’s, so she gave her up. At the time, there were four other children at home from my mother’s previous marriage (I came along in the 1970s) My mother lived in Roseville, MI at the time, and was 5’1" or 5’2", sandy blond hair, blue eyes, very slim. I am not convinced that the child wasn’t my fathers, as family has not been forthcoming so far, so I’m disinclined to believe that either. Bot my mother and my father have passed and I cannot get any information from them, and the aunt that finally told us has given us all the information that she knows - that it was sometime before the summer of 1969. My parents got married at the end of 1967 so my best guess is that it was the last half of 1968 or the first half of 1969. Birth mother’s name was Lois Lou Rush (maiden name Andrews.)
