I am searching for my birth parents and/or siblings. I was born on July 15, 1960 in Buchanan, Michigan at the age of three days old. It was a private adoption done through Frank Poorman. My adoptive parents’ names are Robert Patton and Annette Patton. The only information I have on my birth parents are that my birth father was incarcerated at the time of my birth and that my mother had two older children. I need my medical history as I have been diagnosed with Charcot-Marie Tooth Disease which one or both of my parents would have had. I have also been told that I have two older siblings.
