I was born in Escanaba Michigan to a 18 yr old mother. I have since met my birth mother maiden name initials D.R. We met years ago in 2002-2003, but I do not currently have a relationship with her. I do not know my father’s name. I was born at St. Francis Hospital and adopted through Catholic Social Services. At the time my father denied paternity yet signed the adoption papers I’ve been told. My father was also from Escanaba Michigan. I believe he had at least one sibling a brother. I’m interesting in learning more about my family medical history, open to consider some type of relationship if both parties agree. He has a grandchild and I would like to be able to have a full medical history on both parents if possible.
