I was adopted in Marquette, Michigan. My birth father’s name is Stephen Ring. He was from Ishpeming, Michigan. I have two half sisters through Stephen. Stephen went into the Marines. Would love to find my birth mother. I do not know the adoption agency and have no paperwork at all except my “fake” birth certificate. I was told I was born in a Chicago hospital and my mother was going to college (which could have been in Marquette). I am half Swedish, the rest French, German and Irish. I was adopted by Rudolph and Lorraine Heikkala. Rudy was 55 when I was adopted. They had also adopted a boy born in 1963.
