I am trying to find my brother and sister who were adopted when they were 2 & 3 years old. I am there older sister. Sister name at birth was Robin Selena Williams born July 13, 1982 in Tampa, Florida at Women’s hospital. Birth parents are Doris Liza Hall and Robert Lawson Williams. Mother’s date of birth is May 18, 1955 and Robert was born March 1953 (I believe). My brother name at birth was Robert Lawson Williams II born on March 31, 1983 in Tampa, FL at the Women’s hospital. Birth parents are Doris Liza Hall and Robert Lawson Williams Sr. They were adopted on April 26, 1986 in Battle Creek Michigan under the Adoption Cradle Agency. This date is when my mom flew up to Michigan from Florida. What I know is that they were both adopted together by the same couple. I believe the adoptive father was a physician. Again I am their older sister (half-sister) we have the same mother. I was with them since they were born till months before they were adopted out. I never got to say goodbye much less know that they were being adopted until my dad informed me that my mom was planning to place both Robin and Robbie aka Robert up for adoption. This broke my heart. I was 13 1/2 years old at the time this took place. Please know I would come to my mom’s every other weekend for visits and for the full summers. I would watch them all the time. I have missed them for so long and have had this void in my life. I have tried on multiple times to try to find them but have been unsuccessful.
