My adoption was through Michigan Children’s Services and date of placement was 12/3/48. I know I was born at Ford Hospital in Detroit and that there were twin aunts on my father’s side. I think my mother had 3 siblings and her mother was a widow raising them. I’m looking for a history of any medical issues within either side of the family.
