I’m searching on behalf of my mom. She was born in Jackson Michigan at Foote Memorial Hospital on May 17‚ 1959. At birth‚ she was given the first and middle name of "Rachel Helene"‚ but she isn’t aware of a last name. We haven’t had any luck finding her birth certificate. Through ancestry.com we’ve found her birth father‚ but we’re still looking for a birth mother. Her birth father was in the Navy‚ and had an affair or two abroad. Obviously‚ this makes our search very difficult.
