I am looking for a my brother. I know very little information and even what I think I know might be incorrect. But my mother gave birth to a boy before having me that she gave up for adoption. I believe he would of been born in November of 1991. He would of been born in a hospital in Michigan mostly likely Annapolis Hospital (Beaumont). I don’t know which one. All the information I know about him was wrote on a piece of paper I read over 12 years ago. It said his name was Cruise Russel at birth I believe. I don’t know if Russel is middle or last name. It said he was adopted to a family in Rhode Island. I know nothing else. I don’t know who his father would have been. My mother’s name would have been Christy Leigh Goodman at the time.
