Hi! My name is Reese and I was adopted in Lansing‚ MI. I know very little about my birth family. My adoptive mom remembers being told the names of Ronald and Theresa and they asked to not be contacted when we reached out to the adoption agency (Catholic Charities) when I turned 18. My mom loved my name so actually‚ Reese is my birth name. We were looking for matches due to a critical medical issue and the social worker did indicate I had multiple siblings but they unfortunately were not able to facilitate any kind of communication due to my birth parents refusal of contact. I’m not necessarily interested in meeting my birth parents‚ I received some threatening messages after trying to initiate contact but I am curious about siblings since I’m an only child. DNA testing isn’t an option for me but if anything seems familiar to you‚ please message me!
