I was born at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, MI on July 8, 1967. I found out through Wayne County, that my given name at birth was Lisa. I know nothing about my biological family- only that my biological mother was possibly quite young when she had me. I was born with a mop of black hair, blue eyes, and I had colic. I believe I know the actual date I was adopted which was August 21, 1967 through Lutheran Social Services in Dearborn, MI. Mrs. Wick was one of the case workers. I just really wanted to let this brave and courageous woman know, that I had a wonderful life, turned out pretty good, and also thank her for loving me enough to give me to a father and mother who provided everything for me, and were absolutely wonderful parents. I would like to know my nationalities and any pertinent health information, and if I had/have any siblings.
