I am searching for my birth mother‚ a permanent ward of Kent County Court who gave birth to a baby girl (possibly named Erika at birth) on 09/04/1974. She was 14 at the age of conception‚ 15 at the time of birth‚ intended to return to school and finish her freshman year of high school. She was 3/4 Spanish and 1/4 Irish‚ of medium height and build‚ with brown hair and brown eyes. She gave birth at the Boothe Memorial Salvation Hospital in Grand Rapids‚ Michigan. I was placed in foster care at four months of age‚ and was adopted through Catholic Social Services at sixteen months of age.
