The baby was born in Grand Rapids MI and given up for adoption at birth as her mother as her mother had no way to care for her. This baby would have been my niece. I believe the adoption was done through a catholic agency but am not positive. THE MONTH AND DAY OF BIRTH ARE NOT CORRECT BUT IT REQUIRED TO PUT IN AN ANSWER.
