I am conducting a search on behalf of my adopted niece. She was a foster child with my sister since she was 6-months. She’s now 19 years of age. I believe the adoption agency was located in Southfield Michigan near what use to be Northland Mall. I believe the birth name of niece was Jenise Ross, which has been slightly changed. I am not sure, but I believe the birth parents are both decease. I do not know if there are any siblings out there, but if so Janise would be very interested in meeting.
