I have lived 50 years not even knowing I was adopted. I absolutely had no clue until my brother told me. He said my adopted mother told him and swore him to secrecy 20 years ago. My adopted mother is in terrible health and doesn’t have much time left. She knows I now know about it but claims she doesn’t remember anything about my birth mother only that she had a son at the time of my birth and that his name was David. My adopted father says he remembers my name on the birth certificate as Baby Hart. That is all I know right now.
