Hi‚ My birth name was Lisa. Its Andrea now. I was adopted on August 21‚ 1967. I was born on July 8‚ same year‚ in Dearborn‚ MI‚ Wayne County Michigan (around Detroit.) Adoption took place through Lutheran Social Services and Mrs. Wick was the caseworker. When she gave me to my adoptive parents‚ I was wearing a yellow dress. I had colic pretty bad(which made me wonder if that’s why I was given up.) Also had some attachment issues at a young age. Felt a deep sense of being incomplete‚ coupled with being mistake for other women- made me wonder if I have a twin or other sisters. One was a nurse at Marquette General Hospital. (UP Health System now). Another was a waitress in Ann Arbor. And many in between. Please contact me on this forum so that we might compare notes! thank you!
