I am looking for my birth father his name is Jerry Carroll. I Found my birth mother 20 yrs ago her name is Debra Champine. I also had gotten my adoption papers from the adoption agency but since then I’ve lost the papers and the agency has closed I would love to have those replaced but I dnt know how to do that. I know I was born at MT Clemens general hospital in mt Clemens Michigan. My birth name was Lora Marie Champine. I have been looking for Jerry for many years and haven’t really found anything to go on. I think he is between 73 and 76 years old. He was I think 19 when I was born. At the time they both lived in mt Clemens with their families. Debra was 17. And she recently passed away she was 73. Any help would b appreciated. I hope I was able to give u enough information to go on. Thank u so much
