Oakwood Hospital Dearborn Mich place of birth 3/18/72 female child 6lb15oz 19 in near full head of dark br hair I was told at 4 days old .she would go to foster for 2 weeks to help settle in w/ feeding and sleeping so adoptive parents could prepare for bringing her home. I was only 15 yrs old and healthy,,I hid the pregnancy from my parents,they did not find out till 2 weeks before I was due.The next day I was on a plane to farthest relative in Mich. Dr Callahan delivered,I was given a hospital BC w/ her given name by me, Dana Christine. My daughters father was 18 and was forced as was I to sign over rights and I was forced to sign final papers in a Judges room w/ my mother holding the pen in my hand as I did so. My child’s father’s name is Clayton Darwin Tice Jr. My DOB is 1/24/55 mine 1/27/57 I stayed in Mich until it was time to meet w/ Judge and came back to NJ within weeks to follow. Now deceased my Aunt’s Mother in Law was at the time a nurse at this hospital,Her Married last name was Swafford,I stayed in Dearborn at my aunts house while in Mich.
