My birthplace was Grand Rapids‚ MI. I was adopted through DA Blodgett. My adoptive mother told me that my birth mother tried to keep me and that I lived with her and my grandmother for the first few months before she gave me up for adoption because she felt she could not give me the life she wanted me to have. I believe my mother told me that she was a 17 year-old high school student at the time and that my father was also a high school student? Possibly some Scandavian background‚ not sure if I am remembering that correctly. Hoping to find and connect with my birth mother (or dad).
