Hi my name is John Johnson. I’m 74 years old. I am searching for my birth family. When I was a baby I was abandoned. The news paper article read a man who gave the name John Tvelr maybe Tyelr and placed a 18 months old baby boy with Mrs. Andrew Matthew’s of Fowlerville Michigan, after paying a week’s board of $12, is sought by the state welfare dept. He said the baby was born in Sparrow hospital Lansing Michigan. but there is no record of it there. The child is now at the child’s institutinstitutes in Ann arbor Michigan. There is no record of my birth. I was also told I was 5 months old when I was abandoned. The only thing I can find is that my ancestors came to the usa from mayo Ireland.
