The adoption was in Grand Rapids Michigan through Catholic Social Services. She was born at St. Mary’s hospital in Grand Rapids mi at 4:29 pm on August 22‚ 1977. I named her Jennifer Lynn and I believe the adopted parents named her Jessica. She was adopted officially on 12-28-78. The foster parents who had her ended up adopting her. She had some type of seizure within a few months of being born.
