Searching on behalf of Allan Lee Bilardo, b. 2/7/1956, Detroit, MI. The story is Lorraine Heady-Bilardo was his babysitter, parents did not return to pick him up approximately in mid to late 1960. Lorraine and her husband "Jack" Bilardo left the state. When enrolling Allan in school Lorraine signed report cards as "Shirley Bilardo" and was told his birth father went by the name of "Blacky". Allan did not complete a full year in one school, they moved a lot. The story also includes "Jack" was abusive and Lorraine left at some point and married(?) Jess Ogden. 1974 Allan legally changed his last name to Ogden. Birth parents may have lived in Mt Clemens, Macomb County, MI. There may have been other children, Lorraine had a picture of another child and called the child Allan’s sister. Lorraine and jack may have also lived in New Mexico. Lorraine had family living in Detroit, MI, Ethel Heady, Deloris, Betty, and Emmett "Don" Heady Jr. This story changed as the years went on including Allan was never formally adopted and Lorraine could not have children of her own - Lorraine is now deceased as is her siblings. Allan would like to know the truth if he was abandoned or if this was a case of abduction. He has children and they would like to know their real grandparents and let them know they are also great-grandparents. I feel their is someone out there that knows what happened, be it a aunt, uncle, sibling, friend of the family or neighbor
