Looking for any/all biological family. Born at Helen Newberry Joy Hospital & placed by Children’s Aid Society of Upper Peninsula in 1971. I have done DNA and was contacted by biological niece, however my older biological siblings refuse to acknowledge my existence as both me and another sibling were kept a secret. I was born in 1971 and adopted shortly thereafter and my non identifying information states I had a three-year-old sister in the home that was also placed through the same agency around the same time. My Mother was Searle Mercier, who later married my biological father Charles Lawrence. At the time of my birth there were 3 older children in the home. The oldest girl is named Sharolyn Lawrence-Graybiel and the 2nd is a boy whose name is Charles Lawrence Jr. Through Ancestry dna I was contacted by his daughter, my biological niece, as a match.
