Her given name is Heather Lynnea Hobart that was given at the time of adoption through Methodist Childrens Home and Heather was born at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan who was adopted after 7 months of being at the Childrens home. She was 7lbs 3oz. Heather was adopted was adopted by Janice Hobart (Quartz) and John Hobart Jr. Heather is hopeful to get some type of history about her birth family and medical information.
