Hello! My papa (grandpa) was adopted as a baby from lower Ml. He has never really had any interest in finding out about his birth family‚ but I do. He found a few documents from his adoption and let me take pictures of them to try to dig into his adoption. He was born Bobby Duane Sawyer on 10-03-1953 in Jackson Mi and adopted through The Michigan Children’s Aid Society in April 1955. His birth mother was Katherine born 9-30-1935 in MI‚ at the time she had only completed through the 11th grade. His birth father was Robert born 12-8-1932 in AR‚ at the time he had only completed through the 9th grade and joined the armed services. I’m not really sure where to go with them‚ as they are very vague. Would anybody know what I could do to find out about his birth family or if he has any family. Any input is appreciated! ♥️
