I was adopted twice and by family. Once in Kalamazoo area in Michigan sometime in 1980-2. The other in Aroostook County‚ Maine (either Caribou or Presque Isle) in 1987-1989. I would like to open my records to get my original birth certificate and to look at any pertaining information about myself.
