My name is Katie Gemma Williams i am 28 and live in Formby Merseyside i am adopted and my name at birth was Gemma Ordish and the name i was given for my birth mum is Kelly Louise Ordish (on my birth certificate) i was born on April 1st 1998 i was supposed to be born in a hospital in blackpool but i came a bit early and was born in Fazakerley in Liverpool i am looking to find out more about my birth family and understand they may not want to be in contact with me but i have no idea who my dad is but i would like to find out at least his name‚ i dont think i want a relationship with any of them im just curious at the moment. i had paid and registered on the government website to say i am open to contact but it was a dead end.
