Searching for Paul, my half brother, who was born in 1948/1949. Mothers name was Marie Sefton Dugdale (later Horner), who was 16 yrs and from Hull. Birth may have taken place at a mother & baby home for unmarried women and adoption will have been within 6 weeks.
