My father Henry William Serafin was married to Mae S Foss Serafin before marrying my mother and he had 5 children from that previous marriage. I didn’t find out until 2017 that I had 5 half siblings. Since then I’ve found that 3 of the 5 are deceased. The fourth I know the name of but the 5th child I’ve not been able to find. I would love to meet them. I don’t know that date of adoption but this form did not allow for unknown selection.
