My sister was born January 24‚1992. She was born with Down syndrome. She was placed for adoption in 94 after the State took her away from our mother. She was born in Brockton Hospital. Her mother’s name is Etelvina Rivera. I believe she may have been adopted by a family in Rockland‚ MA. I miss her so much. I hope to reunite one day.
