He was about 1 1/2 at the time of the adoption. He is one of four siblings -the third sibling to be exact. I am the oldest. We were taken form our mother by DCF due to neglect. His father is different from mine and my other brothers and he was in jail at the time and my mother did not meet the requirements to get him back. He was later adopted after my mother signed him over to the state. I have no seen him since one last visit with DCF when he was about 3. He’d be about 20 now. His name is Michael. Was born in Palmer I believe. Our mothers name is Patricia bishop.
