The only information I have is that my biological father was an adoptee by an abusive family with the last name of Carroll. I suspect he may have a history of foster care. My mother says he was dropped at the doorstep and I suspect he was under child welfare. I unfortunately have not been in contact with him in the last 3-5 years. Although My sister has updated me with some information a few years maybe 2016. I know that he’s been in Florida and know he lived in Alaska until he divorced my mother. I also know that we was married and possibly obtained an annullment.
