I was born in Boston at Beth Israel hospital on November 18th 1968. My mother asked that whoever adopted me name me Noelle. I was told my mothers name was Linda Krogh and my fathers last name was Peyton. I was also told that my mother was a student that returned to either France or England after my birth. I was taken into foster care 3 days after my birth and was adopted by my foster parents at age 8.
