he was born on or around 10/20/1982 either at lawrence general hospital in Lawrence Ma or Holy family hospital. (which at time of birth may have been called Bon Secur hospital) in methuen Ma birth mother last name i think was Burns, birth father’s last name is Ampollone. we were told he was adopted by a doctor and his wife who the doctor practiced in the area. the baby was born with the first name of either the spelling of Steven or Stephen. the birth father is my brother who has been looking for his birth child for sometime with no success.
