Plymouth Juvenile Courthouse is where the adoption took place. Her name is Brooklyn Natalie Fay but they changed her first name to Brooke and of course I don’t know the last name they changed it to. She was born October 29‚ 2013 and I haven’t been able to see her since she was four years old. It eats at me every single day and I miss her so much! I cannot find the means to reconnect! She has a younger brother- He is 9. He would love to be able to meet her one day soon!!!
