I am searching for a biological brother born 8/25/83 in Cambridge‚ MA by the name of Rafael Liomar Santiago. Birth mother was Ana María Colon Rodriguez. I believe he was turned over to the Department of Social Services by his aunt Ruserva Colon in 1984 and her husband gave Rafael his last name (Santiago).
