Hello, I am looking for my half sister. She would have been born at St Margaret’s Dorchester Mass, in what we believe to be February of either 1971 or 1972. Her birth mother’s maiden name is Higgins. She was from Braintree, Massachusetts, and a teenager at the time of her birth. The birth certificate is sealed at the Vital Records office in Dorchester, so we don’t have much to off of. We’ve recently inquired about "23 and Me" in hopes of having our DNA matched that way, and really have been urging people to do this for this precise reason.
