I was born in Worcester City Hospital to Lillian N. who was a resident of Wrentham State School‚ Wrentham Massachusetts. Lillian was 41 years old when she had me. Alleged birth father (John? Last name redacted in papers) was also a resident of Wrentham State School. His age was approximately 21 (?) when I was born and he was reportedly released from Wrentham State school in May of 1967. I was placed into foster care through the county/state child services then placed with my adopted family. My adoption was finalized in October 1969 in Suffolk County‚ Massachusetts.
