Trying to locate my adopted son’s birth parents, Susana Udto and Vicente Almoguera. She is from Binalbagan, Samar and was born about 1961. He is from Plaridel Ii Angeles City, Masbate, Philippines and was born about 1963. My son was adopted from the MSSD Orphanage in Angeles City in 1986. My son will be 36 next week and I would love to find one or both of his birth parents or someone in their immediate family because he would like to get medical history.
