I do not have a lot of information about my adoption. My birth certificate names were changed. My understanding I have an older brother‚ was taken out of the house by social services around 2-3 y/o. I was born in Hagerstown‚ MD. 22 October 1969- not 100% DOB is correct. My SW paperwork has my surname Andrews‚ not sure that is correct also‚ I have completed DNA 23- Have two 2nd cousins id. I am just looking for any information‚ not wanting anything just would like to know who my parents were- thanks
