I am searching for my biological grandparents. My mother was adopted within 3 days of her birth by Joseph and Mildred Harvey. All we have is assumptions and theories. We know it was probably set up by Mildred’s brother, Lee Slenbaker, and suspect he might be the biological father, but don’t know for sure. Any help, would be amazing.
