I am looking for my Daughter Tovah. I am her birth mother Traci. Tovah has was born Tovah Lynn White with Down Syndrome in Frederick Maryland on Oct. 25‚ 1995. She has 2 sisters and one brother. Tovah was adopted to Cindy Gebhart at the age of 7. The adoption was to be open but the adoptive mom decided to change the plans and made the adoption closed. When I found out‚ I was devastated and have not been able to see Tovah ever since. I have been searching now for years. I am seeking to find out how she is doing. If anyone knows‚ please contact me.
