My name is Neal Bowers. My father was Rodney. He had 2 children, both boys from a previous marriage before he married my mother. They lived in Thurmont Maryland. Dad’s first wifes name was Kay. Their boys names are Larry and Michael. Michael was mentally retarded and placed in a hospital for the mentally Ill at a very young age. He was placed in Rosewood Hospital near Baltimore,MD. He has since passed. I am looking for Larry who would be my step brother. He would be somewhere around the age of 65 if still living. Both boys were put up for adoption when Dad and Kay’s divorce was finalized. Kay’s 2nd husband adopted them. I am unsure of what their last names were changed to.
