My twin brother and were adopted around the age of two through an adoption agency (Episcopal Church) in Baltimore Maryland. Adopted parents surname is/was Settlemyer. After years of internet searching, I did discover my biological father: Bradford McCauley. But talking with people who knew him, no one knows of his affair with my biological mother who I only know through her first name: Anne. All genetic testing simply brings me to a brick wall of trying is discover who she is. I only know that she still lives (well into her late 80’s or early 90’s). My biological father passed before I found him. Would mean everything to find my mother.
