Hello‚ I am looking for my birth parents. My birth name was Richard Eugene Simpson‚ born September 2nd‚ 1968. My birth parents names are Florence Simpson and Thomas Hoppa. They were both around 17/18 when I was born. I was born in Delaware and adopted in Maryland on January 2nd‚ 1969. I was 4 months old when adopted. My name is now Peter Garrett Smith. I have reached out to various first/second cousins on both sides (Simpson and Hoppa) on Ancestry‚ but no one I have contacted has been able to assist me in locating my birth parents. Would really like to meet them and thank them for a hard decision. I was fortunate to be adopted by an amazing family and they are supporting me to find my birth parents. I hope this message finds someone who can assist. Thank you
